Smart My Garage
Terms of service
Smart My Garage shall supply, format & install a secure voice activated WiFi device to operate:
a). Deadbolt.
b). Garage Door.
c). Gate.
d). Garage Camera.
The warranty term for all parts and labor is 12 months from the date of installation unless either the customer herein, or a third party have changed settings within the eWelink App, or interfered with the device(s) itself. In the event of a power surge or any other damaging event outside the control of Smart My Garage, a replacement will be installed at the cost of $180 for labor plus parts as follows. Deadbolt - $180, Camera - $60, WiFi device - $80.
The devices installed are reliant on the continued support of eWelink. If, for reasons outside the control of Smart My Garage, eWelink ceases their support of the installed devices within the 12 month warranty period, no responsibility will be accepted by Smart My Garage. If eWelink support of the installed devices ceases within the 12 month warranty period, Smart my Garage will install a replacement device with an affiliation chosen by Smart My Garage. The replacement device shall have a warranty pro rata to that of the original warranty offered.
The customer acknowledges that responsibility for any damage either coincidently or directly caused by malfunctions of devices installed by Smart My Garage to existing garage door units or existing gate units falls entirely on the customer following a period of 30 days from the date of installation.
